I have a few days annual leave to take in Jan. I thought, I’ll look at trains to London so I can visit some galleries and museums. The train fares are so expensive I might just get a cheap flight and go somewhere abroad 😂

Having problems sleeping right through recently. Despite not drinking tea, coffee, fizzy drinks after 8pm, I find I’m waking earlier and earlier each time. Been wide awake since 4.20am today 😩 Are there any supplements I can take before bed to help me sleep through???
