Of course you can. I'm not denying that you can make strides to prevent corruption and try to ensure judicial independence, but definitonally courts cannot be apolitical. They are political entities.

There's no such thing as an apolitical court in any country. Courts are appointed by politicians and they make decisions on public policy, legislation, and laws. Those inherently political acts
