Takopi's Original Sin ep 1

There's a lot of heavy subject matter on display here, depicted in a very powerful way. The first episode made me tear up a handful of times. The animation is excellent, and it has a good soundtrack, but be ready for a challenging watch.

Appreciate how the series is, for young girls and girls who grew up with it, what dragon ball was for me growing up.

With a bit of heart, some solid comedy and cozy vibes, and some intriguing character development, I do think this is a solid little slice of life series, but I think I would rather watch Ruri Rocks or some other series.

What is your favorite Slice of Life series?

I'll go first!

Himouto Umaru-chan had great comedy and a lot of heart, and I find myself going back to it as a comfort show. I love how self aware and off the wall it is at times, as well as the cozy vibe.
