I imagine your best bet is to have more frequent tournaments like SWS or tourneys that incentivise JP to play to continue playing against Japan.

For those who want to JP scrim, peak time (and the only time you’ll be able to find them) is from 9PM JST. However, be prepared to receive many “JP only” responses. Also, expect many scrims to end after one game due to lag. This happens frequently to AU, who is closer in time and location to JP.

Everyone saying pen is the best weapon in the game yet I feel like pen doesn’t work with most the players in OCE because they’re all rats 😞 (rat is not a negative thing)
