after a year of paying for diet programs and a gym membership, doctors visits, counting macros, a sleep study, and a sleep apnea diagnosis... I FINALLY got approved for a glp1 😭
I don't really post about it here but I have obesity big time!! and that's okay!! but I recently started going to a weight management center (led by an actual doctor and an amazing team of real professionals), and seeing little to no progress after starting a diet change SUUUUCKS
