I teach email etiquette and one of the major “rules” is no CAPS LOCK because it infers a person YELLING. Some of my older White male students have resisted my teaching saying that all caps improved readability. Maybe DonOld’s eyes are just terrible and he can’t focus? Eyes like his mind: CLOUDED.
