When I first started making zines ages ago, I sent them out as mail art with all kinds of ephemera attached, and some transparent, the paper hand-dipped in wax. The post-office was more indulgent back then:-) There are no rules in art. #foramomentbeing #makearteveryday #zines #art

So happy! I've been looking for a glass case to display my small books & wearables to sell in, and today I found one. Some elbow grease cleanup & a spiffy coat of paint, and good as new! Now I just need to find a shop with a countertop;-) Small steps forward. #foramomentbeing #makeart #upcycle

In between rebuilding a crossbody sling bag using an old leather belt, and changing my hair color to bright pink, I made this fun "hot flames" cuff leather bracelet with a leftover piece. I couldn't resist adding a copper gear embellishment:-)
