Back to work today after being off for 2 weeks because of my knee. Feels like it's Monday... but it's not. 😅 Feeling a bit anxious and out of the loop. I'm sure it'll pass.

Ahhhh I managed to briefly leave the house for the first time in 2+ weeks. What a relief. 😭
I was able to do a short walk to the local shop. Knee still feels incredibly weird, and it was starting to sting quite a bit after 10 - 15 mins, but it's definitely on the mend.

Attempts will be made to try and sit up for a while today! The bruising has gone down a lot on my knee, but it's still fairly swollen in places. I've gotta take it easy, but I'm also desperate to get moving again.
