I’ve been burned out. I’ve got a very short fuse. I’ve been prone to listen to the negative voices in my head and depression. Then I took a Vyvance (I don’t take them regularly) and BLAMMO! Everything was right in the world. Then it wore off and I’m back. Anyone else experience similar?

I could take time off but I don’t have coverage for that and I can’t afford it. I just need to figure out what I can do for myself, along with sort of accommodations I could ask for. It’s a good job. The environment has changed over the last year and I’m having a hard time keeping up.

My wife is a teacher and she was lamenting all the AI cheating she deals with. I said, “I would never had cheated at school…” then I stopped because I probably would have for this exact same reason.

I do this while driving almost daily. I’m pretty sure it’s ADHD.

I’m usually reading 2 books at a time but I’ve currently got 3 on the go as I have 2 library books that caught my eye along with the I was already reading. I manage the library books by figuring how pages I need to read every day to get them back by due date! 3 books is a little much I’ve noticed…
