Last year I lost two bets and had to fulfil their terms within the year. As of today both are done.
Per one bet, all of Kingdom Hearts up until 3 has been completed.
Per the other bet, I have now finished chapters 1-9 of Honkai Impact 3rd.

Ended up going to a free card show at a dying mall nearby. Sold/traded some slabs i wasn't attached to and picked up a bunch of Destined Rivals cards I was missing. Just missing 5 from the set now. The Garchomp SIR is the only expensive one left though.

Ended up going to a free card show at a dying mall nearby. Sold/traded some slabs i wasn't attached to and picked up a bunch of Destined Rivals cards I was missing. Just missing 5 from the set now. The Garchomp SIR is the only expensive one left though.

Picked up a collection box and Mega Dream box from a local store and had some big W's. Think I got to end the year on this for Pokemon cards. Can't go up from this and the Victini yesterday (Also budget for that's now blown).

Since the goose is on hold and I'd like to do some less demanding stuff to relax, it's a perfect time for this brand new P Bandai kit that just came in last week. Also probably a good idea to actually do one of them right after arrival for once in case of parts being lost or breaking lol.

Back to the much delayed goose. Still want to paint it but took a bit long and temperature outdoors for airbrushing looks like it'll be a bit low when I'd have time. Getting the armor pieces cut off sprues, sanded, and stored away until the weather is better and putting this on ice.

Opened the Phantasmal Flames Booster Box and UPC I got from my LCS. No Charizard but some good hits from the booster box. UPC was barren until the last 5 packs which had the two SIR. So happy I don't have to pay up for the Gardevoir lol.

Finally got new nippers and resumed this. Finished up the legs. Frame of the backpack next then the busy work of cutting, sorting, and test fitting armor pieces ahead of painting everything.

Got this card back from grading via my LGS. First time sending to BGS. Used them since the slab looks better than PSA and I wanted to display this card with my Gunpla. LGS owner was nice enough to cover the shipping cost for grading since he was sending his own sub with it anyway.

Got a Gunpla trial kit from a Gquuuuuux movie screening. Never built one of these kits that didn't need nippers to remove parts from the runner. Really impressive what they were able to do for a kit made from a single runner. There's obvious sacrifices but the result is great for what it is.

Thank God for local shops making sure regular customers get first crack at preorders with limits.
In a perfect world that for MSRP is the bare minimum but seen too many local places charging as much as the market allows.
Line at the store was crazy just for this.

Went to another free pre-release at the same store today. Didn't show up ultra early since yesterday showed that was unnecessary lol. It was still packed, 60 people. Got 8 packs since me and my third round opponent were both 2-0 and decided to split the 2 extra from going undefeated.

I don't know why I'm getting this lucky today. I found Destined Rivals Booster Bundles at a Best Buy too. I wasn't even trying to find this stuff. Just killing some time before going to a movie nearby. I hadn't seen anything in these big retail stores since October last year.
Stopped by target and was supposed to see some pokemon tins behind the customer service counter for once. Limit 2 thankfully.

This PSA sub was two weeks late but this makes it worth it. Also not shown, a Tyranitar PC stamp promo 10 and Kyurem SIR PSA 10. A Mewtwo and Charizard I sent only got 9's though I expected that for the former.
