Would I be dramatic for looking for a new job cause my current has banned space heaters, and the office is freezer YEAR ROUND. Like I have chill bumps constantly, and I'm so uncomfortable to the point I can't even focus on work.

Their solution is to "wear layers" like that doesn't hinder movement
