I’m not really a pull-up guy. But they are great in situations where I want to wear, but it’s not really doable. And in this case I ended up later having to pee so I just went with it. I forgot how nice the squish is when these are full.

This. Fundamentally, this kink is about vulnerability. It’s about letting go and being taken care of. And nothing is more vulnerable than being a grown man and having your diaper changed.
You should get your diaper changed. It does something to you. Find a local ABDL friend and change each other, or drop by a caretaker's room at a con if they say they're open on socials, or have a partner do it, but do it. Put your pacifier in and lie there and let it change your brain.
