Upon the changing of the year...
A #DecadentDream takes place...
One of the few promises I can make this year.

Wobbling into waking from a slumber. Roto wakes up to their body feeling strange. Thoughts begin to rush their mind. "What am I? Why can't I breathe... And why is it still beating?," strung together the quiet panic. Roto appears to be a gummy like beast. A shining gold mask sits upon their mawless face. Ropes of gold adorn its neck and waist. The symbol of a circle with an upside down triangle cut out of it. In its chest is a heart beating.

Day 30 of #Maikomonth!
There are things we each have to tackle on our own.
But I'll be damned if I don't drum away and make your heart beat alongside it.
"You got a world to save, so get out there and make things right!!!."

Style Influenced by: Myself I've come a long way. And I still have a lot to do. I got stories to work for. And a life to make real... In the meadow that formed when you awakened to your divine role. The tree stood at the center of it all. The skies woven and your soul imbued in every aspect of this sanctuary. Maiko is safe away from the chaos of the outside world. Where upon an aspect of Roto's being hides behind a tree. Turned into a living gummy as the only divine being not made into a immobile dessert. Maiko's open words grant courage to this hiding fragment. Where it will rouse the body outside of the tower to begin its journey.

Away from the burrowed heart of Liscara, where even the tower reaches to the sea above. The city sits upon an empty field with forests surrounding it a many miles from it. Though a few years ago it was dwindling in life. After the incident with The Cupid it got eyes from adventurers, heroes, and some trouble making folks. How else could the tower reach the sky so soon...

That's something right? Maiko stands by the fountain. sifting through the heartbeat of everyone around. Hoping to hear a heart that went silent even in spite of life. No matter how close they could be they'd never find each other unless if they both wanted.

Maiko stands alone under a streetlamp. Time having passed greatly enough for him to have put away his poncho and to enter their adolescence. He stares down while a younger shadow of him stands close looking up. The road is red as the ground's heartbeat.

Being unable to see a thing. Sound being his last source of understanding. But with a heart beat being choked and another beating with adrenaline. It was making it a torturous experience. Only a beat deep within the subterranean world dragging away his mind. Leaving the details of the fight lost to him.

Maiko stands on a step adjacent to the opening he entered. The tower reaching into untold depths and skies. The lines between each brick flowing with verdant Emerald. Stairs messily spiraling up and down the tower's inside. Where does Maiko intend to go?
