If I drove everywhere, if I didn't walk, I wouldn't find hidden magical gardens.
Nothing like a double rainbow stepping out of Whole Foods lugging a shopping trolley full of groceries! I'm avoiding backpacks for fear of another fall (broke my wrist a couple weeks ago tripping on something with a very heavy backpack that sent me flying). Not good for #writers #editors
Hi! Do you have a link for where we can read?
I see a novel title. Out of Spoons. 😁
Trigger warning: sexual violence
I wrote this in 2017. It was what I saw coming. It’s what I’ve feared. It was a warning. I couldn’t make it to the protests today, so here’s my protest. Skip Amazon, grab it on Smashwords. #Resist

I’ve imagined all sorts of fictional scenarios while watching this building go up. A guy rappels down the side or swings from the crane. Está loco! The site manager, a woman, grabs him. Whoa! It’s her ex. She refuses to talk, so he does it again... Flashback: What happened?🤔

Good one. The value of an education is often knowing what we don't know...and looking it up.
"Moist" has got to be the worst word ever. "Her eyes were moist as he finished the story." Just say dripping. Wet. Blurred by tears. Brimming over. Anything but moist. Eyes are always moist unless you have a dry eye problem. Skip moist forehead or moist underarms, too. Just say it. Sweaty! 😁
Check out our new totally real editions that have nothing to do with April Fools’ Day.
And we have a winner! Let's hear it for Dani! Woop, woop! 😀
Oh, my! What have we here? A grammatical error on a sign at Trader Joe's? I nearly rammed my cart into someone as my jaw hit the floor. 🤣

Can you spot it?

Oops! Missed that one. "Suddenly, spring sprang from the frozen earth." Could be an interesting character who says stuff like that. 🤣Or e.e. cummings.

in Just-
spring when the world is mud-
luscious the little
lame balloonman

whistles far and wee...
Spring has sprung. It's springing. Having sprung, spring flowers are springing up. It has been springing. It will have been springing for three months in June. In July, I can say, "Spring had been springing" and "Spring will spring again next spring." Did I miss anything? 😁 #editors #writers
Spring has sprung. More like spring is springing. Present progressive. It's happening now!
I think what Jesus taught about love is about the same as what Thich Nhat Hanh taught. For me, I'm not warm and fuzzy about DT et al. I've felt the anger/hatred. But I also see the (woefully imperfect/mentally ill) humans (love). I don't have to hate (emotion) to lock 'em up (thought).
Edited: "Historically, attitudes toward cannabis have swung from government approval as a crop to outright criminalization. In the last few decades, it’s become widely accepted as a way to manage stress and even improve sleep quality."

How would you do it?
Content writers: If you use AI, you have to edit it.

"Although once viewed through the lens of moral panic, cannabis has become a widely accepted method for managing stress, treating symptoms, and even improving sleep quality."

Classic.🙃

I mean with a big, big protest!
I think this is where we're headed. Within the year, I'll bet.
This is great news! I use Gimp for almost everything I create that goes with my writing like book covers and you-name-it. But it's kind of... well, unwieldy. Canva is okay but basic. Do you use Gimp? Do you like it? #writers #authors #creatives

I feel like everyone makes mistakes. That doesn't mean I can discuss the subject with people who support the idiocracy, but still. Not everyone has the same education or critical thinking that others have. So, you know, love your neighbor. It feels better for me, anyway, even if from a distance.
