Huge win for the FBISD school board! Liberals still need to do better about showing up to the polls for local elections, but this makes me breathe a sigh of relief. No more book banning!

Trying to deal with the reality that my school district’s board of trustees doesn’t care what the public wants and instead votes for anti-trans policies.

If kids don’t want parents to know something this serious, that speaks more about the parents than anything else.

I’ve started Butcher and Blackbird by Brynne Weaver. I do enjoy dark romance but I wonder if this will be too dark? So far I’m enjoying it!

I just finished reading When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A Parker. I enjoyed the story, the characters,but I really struggled with the approach to world building for this book. I feel like it could have been implemented better.
