In unanimous opinion 10/3/2025, Superior Court agreed, stating, "...as the 2008 restitution order remains unsatisfied, the sentencing court, under the plain language of Section 1106(c)(3), retained the express authority to alter or amend the order of restitution 'at any time.'"

LASP staff gathered at the PA Legal Aid Network (PLAN) Statewide Training Conference in Harrisburg Sept. 9-10, 2025.

LASP'S team was among 350+ advocates joining PLAN for 50 sessions in 15 tracks—covering substantive law topics and language access to communications and AI.
