as with most things, its not conspiracy to think that the people in power in this world, take advantage of everything to benefit themselves and their agenda. Regardless of if Putin is calling the shots in America, he is taking advantage of what is happening in America to further his agenda.

This is something that I think about a lot. Talking to my peers that are planning for their retirement 35 years down the road, like you really think thats how things work out now? You are going to be lucky if your job exists in 5 years, let alone your social security in 35.
It is so *weird* living in a new reality that most people can't even see. Million of people think they're still living in a world that no longer exists. Wildly disconcerting times.

Drove by a McDonalds earlier and got a craving for a McFlurry and fries…but then remembered that the closest the US has ever come to a class consciousness uprising was spoiled by a McDonalds employee who ratted on Luigi, ironically, for the reward money that they weren’t even paid.

Had a long conversation yesterday about taking every opportunity to reduce negativity. There is too much darkness in this world, to be letting it into our most inner place. Yeah shit is fucked, but we gotta hold on or what is the point?

In an ideal world, of course it would be better. But look around as the world around us burns. We each need to be taking any and every opportunity to learn and advance ourselves, because that is the only way we break this cycle. AI isn't the issue here, it is the post capitalism hell we live in

this is the point I have been trying to get across. For the first time in my life, I have the power in my hands. I can out hit my weight class. I know at some point, the most advanced models will be prohibitively expensive, but until then I am just pushing and learning as fast as I can
