A two-state "solution" will never stop their settlement efforts.
Soldiers thinking they are defending "democracy" or "the constitution" haven't looked deep enough. These two are not things that can be defended by national militaries; they have to be constantly fought for and struggled for by every citizen. The only thing you are defending is US foreign assets.

You're not getting an FDR without the strongest labor movement America had ever seen. He had to cave into pressure from workers all around the country vecause they were organised and unified. The only alternative, if he had not taken extrem (by American standards) measures would have been revolution
