ok actually I MIGHT complete this. the wing animations are based on head direction, but eventually there's going to be a toggle for arm control. (as always, this base is by manyblinkinglights. I'm just reimplementing the animations with final IK)

I threw this shader together for Stage Flight. It works similarly to the fast gpu particle shader I wrote for Somna.

Works entirely on a video mapped input; color, depth, and xyz bias.

Absolutely inspired by a world I saw a year ago. Particle Pool or such?

Perhaps there’s a gap missing somewhere if he was able to sneak in. I don’t think anyone knew this guy was there until he showed up in the parade, so something went wrong.

I don’t think any con I know of shares its ban list to all of their staff. Maybe just to their security teams, but imagine how many people are banned from a con over its lifespan, and don’t have a face to put to a name on a list, let alone remember what everyone looks like if they did.

If I was staffing the con and didn’t know who this guy was (which is probably most staff), I wouldn’t have thought twice about it.
Just be realistic about it. I would imagine most staff at the time were more concerned about keeping the parade moving smoothly, even if someone knew who he was.
