Russia launched 223 attack drones overnight, including around 140 Shaheds, from multiple directions. Ukrainian air defense shot down or suppressed 206 of them using aviation, SAMs, EW units, and mobile fire groups. Seventeen drones hit targets.

Ukraine’s military intelligence has put the Ring oil pipeline in Moscow region out of service. On Oct 31 all three lines carrying gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel were struck and exploded. The 400 km pipeline supplied refineries in Ryazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow

Berlin-Brandenburg Airport suspended all flights for nearly two hours after unidentified drones were spotted in the area. Canada is ready to hand over the confiscated Russian An-124 to Ukraine as soon as the court approves it, says Foreign Minister Anita Anand. Calm down on the drone numbers flying into Russia. Some are claiming over 700, with ~200 in a first wave wave but so far, there’s only one video from an hour ago showing a drone flying in Belgorod region.

Take the big numbers with a grain of salt.

Starting November 21, Lithuania will halt transit of Russian oil products to Kaliningrad via Lithuanian Railways, complying with U.S. and UK sanctions. Nearly all of the 194,000 tons shipped this year came from Lukoil. A major choke on Russian energy logistics.
