Genuinely such a great feel-good ending. The guy who raised a ton of money to support immigrant families, gets chants of Fuck ICE, and just seems all around lovely standing tall at the end? Even if it doesn’t happen, I love seeing the push.

Only thing I can really think of is that recent episode with the Speedball /Fletcher match. And that one episode with Danielson/Omega. Can’t remember anything else on the show, though, to be honest.

For real. Mox and KOR, any swerve and hangman, Toni and Mariah. All of those are top tier wrestling matches because they can make us suspend disbelief for just a bit, and that just brings the magic of wrestling back. AEW got me watching wrestling again because of that exact reason
