When L301 was made, the scientists swore an oath to keep his existence a secret. The first couple days were a failure, L301 seemed like a regular baby being. But when it came time to collect samples... The first incident happened. The baby made a small vortex inside the room.

Leo (aka. L301) is a military experiment from a distant moon of Saturn, which he calls Galilea. He has a mixture of the DNA of two humanoid species and some inorganic matter, all of it combined making up the perfect combination of a (almost) literal living bomb.
