Very sad to see this go. But well pleased with the price I got for it. Really hard to find in such brilliant condition too.
I can remember seeing this exact ‘Zippo’ first pressing lying on the floor with heap of other records, in a smokey room of a squat back in the late 1970s 😱

Bought a car.
When I say car I mean truck - and that’s truck as in lorry not SUV.
It’s the ‘little’ one in the truck park photo.
Reminds me a bit of my old narrowboats in that it is long, and has a big and lazy diesel engine. Oh, and it steers a lot like a boat too 😆

Another day another dub - this time it’s Sly & the Revolutionaries meet Lloyd Parks, We The People band and Roots Radics to make Trench Town Dub - apparently.

Working on some complex admin tasks today. I have the sweet falsetto voice of Cornell Campbell to help me push on through.

I had an R65LS for many years. Originally owned by my kid brother, I got it with about 20k miles on it. I used it for despatch riding, raising the mileage to 185,000.
I rode it in all seasons through sunshine, rain,
Storms and snow.
Reliable, fun and much missed.

Keith Poppin is a marvellous #Jamaican singer, but may be missing from some #reggae vinyl collections.
I have three Keith Poppin LPs, including this one ‘Pop Inn’. It’s finest roots reggae, so don’t be fooled by the title.
‘Envious’ and ‘More of Keith’, the other two LPs, are both superb.
