That massive capital gains tax cut for the wealthy this session will not help this situation.

MO needs new leadership that will work to remedy this issue, not one that seeks to continuously provide cuts to the top while the rest of the state loses access to vital programs our tax dollars fund.

✔️Fully funded public schools
✔️ Accessible & affordable healthcare
✔️ A fair tax system that doesn't favor those on top
✔️ A legislature that respects the will of the voters

To be exact, he took $51 million from our public schools to subsidize private school tuition for mostly wealthy families who already could afford tuition. This was never about helping low income families.

“Green's Friday ruling stated the summary statement fails to notify voters that the proposed amendment would eliminate the article in the constitution that Missouri voters approved in November, enshrining the right to an abortion. Green's ruling said the same about the fair ballot language.”
