For tomorrow’s game I would personally lineup with Liverpool in mind, so get Mbappe, Tchouameni and Vini some rest. Get Gonzalo Garcia and Rodrygo some consistent minutes. Get Jude, Ceballos and Trent back and fully fit. Then 2nd half adjust accordingly to whatever the results are dictating.

The sample size is big enough from Naz at the 4, from that sample we can pull that he’s good when he’s not the Center and he’s guarding true to his position. Also I don’t need Naz to be a solidified star, I think Ant needs a true 7ft star Center as his sidekick or a star PG to elevate him.

Right now… the PG position is a weakness. The SG position is dire without Ant and Jaylen. SF is Jaden and the promise of TJ. PF is the biggest strength but one guy gets used as a small ball center and I’m not even in the mood to discuss Rudy Gobert.

Rest of the year after Dec he shot 40% from 3. This is the most inconsistent role and situation Naz has been in for a while. Lost NAW and Donte from the bench, has to shepherd a bunch of pups while being asked to guard centers which that’s just not his skill set. Plus the tragedy in the offseason.

Naz just can’t buy one. I remember he had a similar stretch last year in December. Shot 29% on 4.5 attempts from 3 in December, every single one of his shooting metrics were down. Then proceeded to torch in January and February. 44% on almost 7 attempts. HE WILL BOUNCE BACK!

Yeah you’re probably right, they would probably prefer to go into 5 at the back and give Franco, Brahim or Fede the chance as a wing back to spell Trent. But I really like this kid, just as solid as Carreras imo, both defensively and going forward. Would be smart to give Fabrica prospects a chance.

Definitely a bit disappointed Bones had the same minutes Rob did, definitely feels like we could’ve done without Bones and maybe tried a Johnny Juzang for some more spacing but tough game.
