I really like how they managed to speedrun paralleling Talulah's story in Ursus all while also bringing out the main debate of the entire Reunion since Talulah's days with the miners: who is the real target of your revolution, the oppressors you can reach or the root of their oppression

I just think it's a case of the experience of reading being unadaptable because most of the vibes are sitting there with the page open and letting things sink in whereas in motion it either goes by too quickly or feels awkward if you linger too long

Can't comment on that because it's been a hot second since I've read CSM and I somehow have not seen a single episode of the first season of the anime 😂. I do think it's a matter of what you like out of this story. The action was SICK but for me the fights and action are whatever.

Also not to be a hater but I didn't like Iris Out 😔, Jane Doe is just tooooo good in comparison (I also didn't like Kickback that much so it's just the genre vs my preference honest)

I don't even think OVAs would work; when paced in animation you just don't get to linger on the two having a moment too much because they've already hit the limit of beautiful glamor shots of Reze from multiple angles. If they did add scenes idk if it would've been approved or received well either?
