something has been on my mind for around 3 years.
does anyone ever *not* wash their face with water and re-moisturise in the morning.
sometimes my skin is glowing in the morning and i wash it away. but if i don't wash it away, will it look bad and oily later in the day. i do not know

logged into old school runescape tonight and got a message from someone saying 'look who's back'. I ask who they are. they tell me we were in a clan together in 2004. (I was 7). i remember. he directs me to his youtube channel from the time. this is the best night of my life

i was going to message actually! it's still worth being on the NHS waiting list for sure; some GPs don't accept private diagnoses for shared care agreements/NHS prescription costs. And there's always a risk that govt gets stricter on what constitutes a proper diagnosis which affects the above too

three years after i joined the waiting list, I have finally been offered an NHS ADHD assessment. u may think this is sub par but this is a year and a half ahead of the 2027 appointment that was initially signposted !

I've needed to say this for a while ... the constant music, changing of music, quick cuts and sound effects in the traitors makes it feel almost as brain rot inducing as Instagram reels to me even by reality show standards

paid £4.63 for a 11 minute lime bike ride yesterday. whilst i could've bought the cheapest pass, that was the only journey I need to do within 24 hours, so still £4 minimum for an 11 minute ride.
