On my skin are Filipino tribal patterns of my people. My story. Some patterns showed my faith/beliefs, others showed my journey and achievements. Patterns that ask for protection and guidance, and patterns of what I needed. I've overcome a lot of traumas and abuse and as I heal, my patterns grow.
It's deja Vu. And I'm angry. I'm angrier than when my assulter got out of fucking prison and my mom tried to have me forgive him because he's the father of my half brother. I feel more disgust with how this administration protected the murderers and lied about it than the men that gave me c-ptsd

They're killing citizens and lying about it. Children of history, does this seem familiar? Folks who grew up with revolutions happening in their home country-- like myself-- does this remind you of what led to those events? I can't even express how disgusted I feel. It ALWAYS comes full circle.

still got a dull headache but I can finally keep my eyes open since the pain isn't as bad anymore. Still can't handle too much light but it's tolerable. T-T now, off to try enshrouded in the darkness

Slept at 9 am coz of a super bad migraine where I couldn’t keep my eyes open and had to take a gummy so I can find sleep. It hurt so bad I was nauseous. Woke up today (with the after headache of the bad migraine from last night) to auras🥲😮💨 so another migraine. My head feels like the hulk smacked it

Lmao my fiance has been super amorous and literally clinging to me since yesterday after I bought his future wedding band. 😭 Like, I would get up to pee and he would ask me where Im going and the moment I sit back on the bed, he already positioned his head on my shoulder. I think he loves me 😂❣️

I was gonna get a gaming laptop (even though my current one is like a year old) but after my fiance proposed, I put the laptop money aside to get him a wedding band. I had him decide the full customization of the ring. It’s purchased in full and ordered. Inside of the ring is a birthstone of mine :)

:I I lost weight coz I haven’t been able to do pilates since I hurt my ankle (I’m in physical therapy now)
…but somehow my boobs got bigger 😭 i already get back pains just for having 36Ds. Now my bras barely can contain em and my body frame is slim curvy. Pilates actually helped with my back :(

4 hrs of sleep. I played Minecraft on my buddy’s server. My brain wouldn’t rest coz it was planning what to build next on what I was already working on. Then animal crossing 3.0 update came out and I was just gonna check it out so my brain stops planning Minecraft stuff but I’m also an early bird.

As an immigrant and US citizen for a couple decades now, my anxiety being out and about is getting to be more and more. Even though I’m in a city and in a state that is full of immigrants— immigrants that made this city and state rich— I get paranoid. My fiance is white and he’s scared for me too

History taught us that the mightiest of empires that lasted centuries fell into ruins because of the hubris from the people that led it. The effects of the US occupying my home country can still be felt to this day despite us now being allies. The US promised us our independence after claiming they "saved" us. Well, that promise was broken for about 48 yrs. They exploited us, soldiers used us as target practice, etc etc.
