Do you ever worry your ADHD has gotten worse since you acknowledged it/got diagnosed? Or is it just that you notice it more now you know what it is?

ok so in an effort to stay awake whilst night feeding the baby, I started playing Game Dev Tycoon by @greenheartgames.bsky.social but I definitely did not expect to enjoy it this much!

Anyone on here got any advice for me? Moving into my new house soon and going for 500mb broadband.. do I need mesh Wi-Fi or would a reasonably priced Wi-Fi 6 router do the job? It’ll be a new build so won’t have thick walls
