but i also just have general headcanons about dance partner and that it aetherically makes the dancer more sensitive to their partner's movements. almost a slight foresight, like intuition.

but it's stronger w a regular/repeating dance partner for sure #emirin

i actually have SO many thoughts on how well she & estinien fight together in particular after she picks up dancer but i don't feel like typing it out lmao.

tldr is when you train alongside someone over years you can eventually read them & move in parallel easily and w minimal conversation #emirin

it's why she usually sticks to someone's side in battle (alisaie or estinien typically) and becomes really good at fighting in tune with her dance partner. that way when they see something she doesn't she's out of the way in a flash once they run 😌 #emirin

she can get a little tunnel vision-y & get hit by telegraphed attacks sometimes 😩 like she just gets in a rhythm flow state (especially once she switched to dancer) with what's in front of and immediately around her so she misses the greater threats or mechanics that require wide observation #emirin
