Taking Scotland’s case for decolonisation to the UN in Geneva. | Advocating self-determination and sovereignty.
Our UN case makes 2 key points:
1. Scotland fully meets UN defined criteria as a Non Self Governing Territory (colony); and
2. Scotland is NOT in a voluntary partnership (as stated by UK Gov. to the UN in 1954) but was forcibly annexed under the 1707 Treaty of Union (unimplemented by England).

LS terminated its 6 month contract with consultancy JPTI in late October (refer: liberation.scot/coms/Novembe...). We are now engaging directly with the UN C24 Decolonisation Committee - using our network of contacts with member state reps established during our Geneva & NYC meetings this year.

Yesterday in Geneva something occurred that the British State thought for 300 years would never happen. For the first time ever an audience of international delegates heard the truth about Scotland's true status as colony (as defined by the UN) misrepresented as a 'voluntary partnership' by the UK.
