Tried something different. Used the Bread maker to do the hard work sorting the dough out, then baked it traditionally in the oven. Will certainly do that again, turned out fantastic 😃

After watching a video on Youshould’ntdothisTube, telling me how bad my choice of bread is, I’ve dug the bread maker out and bought stuff to go in it. It’s whirring away merrily and I await the results.

Just watching a program that I recorded on VHS Video (that’s like a steam version of a hard drive) back in the early nineties and I’m staggered by the quality of the adverts in the breaks.
Not a single one has annoyed me, in fact, they’re all very good, it feels strange!
