With that last Def drawin... before I added the scales, her tail reminded me so much of an Uma Musume's. She'd translate to one so well... except that any version of Defiant that doesn't have the scales always looks just a little bit wrong!

1. Raen who was orphaned in the spine and adopted and raised by Hellsguard

take this with a big grain of salt because I could be misremembering but I remember reading a Pokémon translator saying he translated a line as "soft, loamy soil" to teach kids a new word and he was right. I did learn what loamy meant from Pokémon in fact
there is almost no feedback I will reflexively ignore as a game developer but “you shouldn’t name something X because people don’t know that word” is one of them. oh no! You might learn a new word! God forbid you take away a piece of knowledge from a game that’s not a brand of gun or some shit lol
