I'm just not sure how to go about it. I was never taught any of this. I've been to the hospital a few times but those times my mom was there to help me. I know I have Medicaid but I don't have my number or any information about it.

I need to get past my anxiety and stop procrastinating.

I really should start taking better care of my health. I'm almost 30. I haven't seen it regular doctor in over 10 years. I suspect I have a few issues I need to get looked at physically and mentally.
