I suspect it would be a fancy option for folks who have a particular aversion to specific textures. Some folks have reached out & said they just can’t do the stickers due to the feeling.

So a bit of difficulty may be worth it for them, shall have to play & see! First is finding a 30” roll of it

I am looking into waterslide rolls for the feeling as well. Vinyl has an undeniable texture, no matter how thin you get it. Kinda latex-y. It’s not particularly unpleasant, but it’s certainly not what diaper plastic feels like.

I am hopeful it will have a less noticeable texture when applied ✨

Usually a vinyl made thinner than 2mil requires casting to produce in rolls, so a <1mil thickness can be wildly expensive. I found a 1mil transparent roll with adhesive & it was $1,200 a roll ($220 a roll is standard).

So waterslide may be a great & affordable material option for thin prints.

The durability on a disposable diaper is not something to concern too much about, most stickers are made to last years, these usually need to last less than a day.

The stickers can be peeled & reused as they are durable; I am always seeking something thinner that affects the diaper feeling less.
