Jobs should be fulfilling ideally. Hobby's fun. Jobs are not fun if you have to overdo them when you're not in the mood and will sour the fun over time.
As long as it's fulfilling to do it you're still good. Enjoying the process of it etc... but yea. Paint what sells, your fans want these pics etc.
