It's weird that Looking for Alaska is the second-most banned book in the U.S., and mostly challenged by evangelical Christians, because the novel is about Radical Hope and how forgiveness is available to all people at all times, which are Christian concepts I wrote about because I'm a Christian.

Really upset that United Airlines managed to have a plane failure so bad it completely canceled a flight and had NO BACKUP for how to get their passengers to where they needed to go in a timely fashion. Systemic failures that don’t inspire confidence.

My kiddo’s elementary school decided to have the local book discount warehouse do the Book Fair this year instead of Scholastic. 10/10 would recommend.
