It is difficult to break free of our belief systems. In the word "belief" is the word "lie," and we should be skeptical even of our own beliefs by asking if they are grounded in love or separation?/2
If you are someone who recognizes that the world needs more compassion today, but you are struggling to find it, here's something to try saying: "I don't blame them because it is the belief system they were indoctrinated into."/1
Self care is an act of humility. Ego tells us that we must go, go, go. We must achieve to prove our worth. Self care is letting go of pride to validate that "I am already worth it. I am worthy of love. I am intrinsically valuable."
YAASSSS, QUEEN! I don't live in SC, but I think she's nailed it!
I am starting to wonder if part of the problem is that even as a billionaire, he doesn't really grasp what a billion is ...
I was very happy to see you out there with us today. Thank you for your support!
If you weren't already on day 6, I might suggest weaning yourself off. I went through that a few years ago, and I genuinely thought I was sick for a few days until I realized it was caffeine withdrawal.
A bunch of people from the Good Neighbors in WNY Getting it Done (a local chapter of Red Wine and Blue) went and visited his office this week. Look for the group online.

Honestly I tried to vote for him in the primaries. They said I couldn't. I was pretty sure that I had registered as a democrat, though in fairness, I can't say it with 100% certainty. But I had heard from a lot of people at that time who had similar experiences with me.
No taxation without representation, amiright?
Keep what you have and drive it until the wheels fall off. I read the climate book a year ago and it said it is far better environmentally to use what you have than go buy anything. I think that is especially true with the current state of affairs. But as little as you can.
I need more information. Who gave the Treasury to Musk and when did this vote to make place? I apologize if I should know this, but there is so much going on, and I am trying to keep up.
How much you wanna bet it's coming from the raw milk that people are drinking these days?

Stuff I made this weekend:
• Strawberry syrup
• Ice cream (using the strawberry pulp)
• Door sweep (stuffed with scraps fabric)
• Turkey and veggie chili
• Homemade bread

Part of my efforts to reduce plastic waste and minimize reliance on corps.

In 2020, we mapped out the danger zones that will close in on Americans over the next 30 years — combining climate data with wildfire projections by US Forest Service researchers.

See what changes are in store for your county.

Braedon: I come from a nation that believed in fascist ideology for a while. And we don’t want to go to that again. We are close to it because people want to simplify complex problems. The essence of fascism is to simplify complex problems and feed people who don't have time to read some bullshit.

1/ RE Meta's decision to abandon fact-checking (and follow the lead of other platforms taking a similar hands-off approach), it's not great. But we have seen this movie before in media history and it's probably more instructive to anticipate what this moment creates. ...
