Believing a better world is possible and that here, together we can push for it. Now is not the time for complacency. Pro EU. DMs can’t be read.🚫
I have noticed recently people I don’t follow getting into my following feed by reposting their own posts or someone else’s. Is there any setting to stop this or is it just mute each one as they appear?

Labour budget day- i am prepared to be underwhelmed.

For the human race to successfully survive we need a test for psychopaths/sociopaths and then exclude them from politics OR educate all humans to be less gullible/ complacent. What ate our chances?

We will not have a fair society until those whose negligence caused thousands of excess deaths are properly punished

Agents for foreign powers don’t wear spy costumes. Their evil intent must be deduced from what they do and say. Why have UK & USA become so weak & blinkered?
November 22, 2025 at 7:19 AM
So many things Starmer says he can’t do when there is one big step entirely within his power to make the country better immediately
November 20, 2025 at 8:10 AM
I am bored of hearing about Tories, Telegraph, ReFUK, FarRage, Trump, useless Democrats. Sick of seeing pictures of the same. My finger is on the button

I assumed journalists started their careers saying i will be a fearless pursuer of truth. Or was it i want a cushy number spreading the lies of rich people that they aspired to?
November 10, 2025 at 9:59 AM
Do any Labour politicians realise they only got elected cos the alternative was as popular as dog shite? And now they are less popular- lose Starmer, Streeting Nandy etc or lose your seats.
November 10, 2025 at 7:41 AM
Is it my imagination but are the Labour apologists and enthusiasts getting less vocal on here? Would a change of leadership re-invigorate them?
November 8, 2025 at 7:42 AM
State pension is not a gift to old people- they pre paid for it! Is it too much - well not compared to other developed countries; it is poor.

The first scene of The Bladerunner is a replicant undergoing a test for empathy, which he fails showing he isn’t human.
I would like such tests for politicians
November 5, 2025 at 8:16 PM
Will Reeves coming budget give the next big membership boost to the Green Party? Any chance she will tax the avoiders and ultra rich properly or will it be us little people paying again?
November 5, 2025 at 7:34 AM
One family has multiple castles, estates & mansions with servants whilst millions are homeless & hungry. In a democracy tell me why this still exists as it is ludicrous to me
November 2, 2025 at 8:35 AM
If you or i called someone by a racial slur we would be charged but some politicians are inciting racial hatred and nothing is done. People are being attacked. What will it take before Labour acts? Someone being killed?
October 31, 2025 at 1:56 PM
Is it a sign how low some of our political parties have fallen that they are suggesting deporting people who have been legally settled here for years? Not only does it breach the often quoted can’t legislate retrospectively, it is so depraved i feel ashamed to be British?
October 24, 2025 at 1:20 PM
I would like a good answer to this question. Instead of demonising immigrants why doesn’t Labour introduce PR and get a fair voting system?
Starmer could decide to introduce the PR electoral system as soon as tomorrow (would easily pass through the Commons) and kill the "reform" for good.
He's not gonna do that, obviously.

Instead, he'll keep gambling with the prospect of fascists getting into power for the sake of....what exactly?
October 20, 2025 at 7:46 AM
1. Did you vote Labour last election?
2. Who do you feel you would vote for if there was an election now?
3. If you have changed from Labour, why

When South Africa had apartheid the world, including UK, boycotted them in sport. So is what is happening in Gaza less bad? If not, why is Starmer not boycotting Israel sport but instead supporting it?
October 18, 2025 at 7:41 AM
The battle to save the high st is as lost as the war on drugs imo. Economies change and the need for as many shops selling items (as opposed to services) has diminished as did horse drawn carriages. So turn them into homes for which there is huge demand
October 14, 2025 at 7:17 AM
Talking of Reform politician taking bribes from a hostile nation when are we going to see the Russia report? What is in it that is so bad? Will Greens publish it as no other party has? i cant see ReFO being keen
October 13, 2025 at 8:19 AM
Zack Polanski is certainly shaking things up and calling things out. I don’t agree with all Green’s policies but I applaud the passion and apparent frankness
October 13, 2025 at 7:59 AM
I can see why places like Cambridge are growing but what hope for Clacton cos despite the best efforts of its hard working MP i cannot envisage what new employment opportunities could be created there
October 12, 2025 at 7:39 PM
If large amounts of money could not be made in politics would some of the present politicians be in it?
Would our country be better if politicians believed what they said?
October 12, 2025 at 7:11 AM
Ultra rich have their money where? In property yes and cant move that. In stocks & shares - if they sell those they remain here. In tax havens - yes but that money isnt here so we dont lose it. So what can they take away?
