Reworked the Burning Rubber upgrade from Scoville 🔥 in the latest demo update. It's much more useful now and feels a lot better.

Goth baddie Siobhan is a witty car mechanic who junk-tech'd her own wheel chair together for SPEED, POWER, and maneuverability under a car on jack stands.

Her baddie mobile rolls right over all the derelict tires and crap in her way with the all-terrain tires and NOS in the back tank.
