Maybe the stay at home parent should have a contractual agreement for services with the working spouse with money paid that can be counted as an expense on taxes. Then if there is a divorce there is some protection provided to the stay at home spouse.

My 9yo has to read 20 minutes every night as part of his homework. Tonight he had chatgpt write a story about a fishing trip and read that for his homework. I'm dismayed to say his review was, "why is this so good I'm pretty happy with this story" 🥴

I just can't get over that this lady who by many accounts is a bully and holds extreme Republican views saw through Trump before my family and friends that consider themselves kind good and moderate. Even now they will not speak our against Trump or even whisper to me maybe I was wrong about him.

Beginnings of thoughts. I appreciated Biden's call to unity after four turbulent years under Trump. However unity cannot be created by ignoring the issues and asking people to just get along. This will be true after Trump 2.0.

When you are indoctrinated from birth that there is a hell it's hard to not fear hell when you leave the community that indoctrinated you this I've known for awhile however it just occurred to me the inverse is also true when you speak truth over what you left which is why they get so angry.

Democrats you cannot just be anti Trump/ anti maga. You have to have a vision for a better future and that cannot just be your reelection.

My first born is packing up his bedroom to move to his first apartment. The bedroom I needed him to have when we were in limbo for several years. As strong as the nesting instinct was when I was pregnant was this urgency to have stability for when he fledged the nest. I'm proud and sad and grateful.
