It’s a funny book because the first couple of arcs make it intentionally look unassuming and ordinary and then the twists start coming and by the end it’s a totally different story to what you started with and Briar’s a bit of a different creature and that’s what I enjoyed most about writing it!

Romantasy? Yeah sure it’s there but you know what ELSE this book IS? It’s gender. It’s queer. It’s the Witcher but he’s also Sleeping Beauty. He falls in love with Red Riding Hood. He’s hiding so many secrets that it’s a surprise they don’t all fall out of his mouth the moment he starts speaking.

Marketing is so weird because I’ve tried focusing on the ‘marketable’ aspects of Sins of the Goddess and gotten absolutely no traction on any of my posts on Tiktok so now I’m gonna go all in on my favourite parts about it.

A sampling of illustrations I've previously done. The subjects are Nahobino from SMT, Ophanimon (Fall Down Mode) from Digimon, and Hisuian Zoroark and Zorua from Pokemon. They feature a flowy, ethereal, watercolor-like artstyle.

An assortment of different Chibi-style commissions I've previously done. This style of art makes characters into bite-sized lil guys with distinct beady eyes and gummy proportions. There are also a variety of subjects, such as monsters, furries/kemono, as well as humans.

I finished all three base endings of Hollow Knight! I do not think I can do the godhome endings but I ended the game on 103% so I think that’s good enough for me. Silksong soon…
