From April 2026 the National Living Wage will rise to £12.71 — but it’s just the minimum.

The real Living Wage is the only wage rate based on the actual cost of living.

Full-time workers earn:
🪙 £1,440 more on the real Living Wage
🪙 £4,070 more on the London Living Wage
