The neighbours dropped by for a visit! The Red Arrows arrived at RAF Mildenhall today; positioning for a weekend of airshows I think. Although I inherited a decent Canon DSLR & lenses, I am no kind of photographer/processor beyond the 'auto' settings on camera/in LightRoom so it is what it is ;)

They are in an arrow formation and trailing smoke that is red, white, or blue depending on the aircraft. Beyond them is a hazy day. The Red Arrows arrive at RAF Mildenhall. They've just looped over the top and are transitioning to all white smoke. It is a hazy day with low cloud, but their arrow formation is impeccable. The Red Arrows arrive at RAF Mildenhall. After the loop they split apart their formation to take up their landing positions. In this close up the 9 aircraft are just separating and are still very vertical in the frame. The sky remains hazy with low cloud on a hot summer's day.
