I was amazed that the tubs I planted last year and put to one side at the end of the summer came back to life this year and are still blooming. Amazing and lovely.

What I'm reading. Queen High, following on from Widowland, is the second book in C J Carey's (Jane Thynne) dystopian 1950s set thriller. Halifax signed an Alliance with Germany in 1940, the UK is in an Alliance with Germany and Wallis is Queen. I found this one hard to put down.

Absolutely. I make notes longhand, but I've been using a keyboard to write my books since I had my first computer in 1991.
