Very weird that the Chancellor decided to launch an attack on @zackpolanski.bsky.social in the middle of the budget. Yes he's worked as a hypnotherapist, and yet has a better understanding of economics than an Oxford & LSE educated economist.

To all the people who keep saying a wealth tax won't work because the super rich will leave the country or move their assets to avoid it - the law will be changed to ensure that they still have to pay their tax. The US taxes their expats, so can we.

Why not do away with trials altogether and just have summary justice and a police state? It would cut court backlogs.

I am seeing multiple, very impassioned, letters and emails from parents of disabled children to Richard Tice. Can I suggest if you are going to do this, please leave out your child's personal details and details of their daily difficulties. (1)

Has Shabana Mahmood considered deporting herself yet? Or selling her valuables to pay her own salary? These would seem the logical conclusions of her desperate attempts to please the far right.

Good. Schools must be held accountable for their use of seclusion, or false imprisonment as I prefer to call it.
Schools to face legal duty to record seclusion
New legislation means schools must record their use of non-disciplinary isolation and report it to parents

Wow imagine if someone is granted asylum AND their child gets an EHCP, that's two "golden tickets" !!!
For Shabana Mahmood to attack some of the most cruelly treated people in the world as having won a "golden ticket" because they manage to get to and claim asylum in Britain is unforgiveable.

A new, far right, low for which I can think of no precedent, by any UK Government.

So under this new plan to allow refugees only temporary stay in the UK, who will decide when it's safe to return them to their home country, and how? Everyone's situation is different. I think we're going to see a lot of judicial reviews if this goes ahead. (1)

I am so sorry for the 14 year old sexual assault victim & her family who, as well as being let down by the authorities, have had their distress appropriated by the far right. The victim's father has distanced himself from all the anti migrant sentiment here.

Stephen Yaxley-Lennon/Tommy Robinson is trying to hijack the #FreeIran cause, and unfortunately some "Iranian dissident journalists" seem to be joining forces with him. Any Iranian getting involved with this fascist thug should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. He would see us all dead.

What is wrong with the Home Secretary playing with human lives to appease far right sentiment? People seeking asylum are not your toys, they are human beings who deserve to be treated humanely & with dignity, not thrown away like bags of rubbish.
