Grief is a beast. Our dog died and we adopted another dog right away. It wouldn't be fair to make one wait for us to be over it because we never will. I once paid a child $10 for a ball he won from the claw machine so Biscuit could have 30 seconds of fun before he popped it. Worth every penny.

I grew up with The Tooth Mouse. He left miniature notes with chewed edges. He was building a house from teeth and my front tooth was so well taken care of that he used it for the front door knob. When I had sons, he was building a car. One tooth topped was the shifter knob.
