We talk about mental health all the time, but sometimes there is nothing we can do to help someone who is so hell-bent on taking their life... On August 12th of this year, my oldest daughter's dad/my first love took his life on his way to work... and we have been flailing ever since... 💔💔

As of yesterday, I have been clean 8 months 🥹🥹

Happy Disability Pride Month!!!

I have a MULTITUDE of disabilities, the majority of which are invisible. I was born with few disabilities, but picked up a ton along the way 😅 I am almost 40 and I have been terminally ill since age 25.

I didn't get to go to the Pride parade or the protests this weekend despite being off all weekend. I can't wait to have a car again - I'm not built for the ride-bumming life whatsoever 🫠🫠 I am so proud of everyone who is standing up for POC, LGBTQ+, etc., esp as someone who is queer and black 🖤🌈

I've always been confused by forced patriotism. The U.S. was built on the backs of our ancestors - their blood, sweat, tears. Otherwise useless pieces of paper gave citizens power and status over the rest. It's all a bullshit façade.

Today was my day off, but I picked up a side cleaning and earned a nice amount of cash. I'm honestly thinking about starting a cleaning business, but I'm at a loss when it comes to a business name... My kids' dad knows someone who can help me with business cards and even company T-shirts 😁😁

I've officially been clean for 4 months!!! I feel amazing!!! Today, I'm returning to the gym and will be going regularly. Now that I'm not smoking chemicals, I can actually breathe 🫶🏽

In a few days, I'll have been clean for 3 months. I'm so proud of myself. I keep talking about it so that others can keep me accountable this time around!!! #cleanlife
