Great three days in Liverpool for the @britishneuro.bsky.social #BNA2025 conference. Finished with a fun symposium on episodic and spatial memory across species where I talked a bit about episodic memory and systems consolidation. Thanks for the memories!

Friends, I need your help!

What are some of the best bits of advice or lessons learnt in relation to fear or worries around public speaking?

Or, what would you tell your younger self about public speaking?!

Any insights much appreciated!

We were joined by 18 A-level biology students from local schools and colleges at #BNA2025 today.

They enjoyed a bespoke #neuroscience education session from Dr Paul Hubbard of Newcastle Univeristy. Attended a plenary lecture & poster session.

A great day was had by all!
