It was just another night patrol for @wsdot.wa.gov worker, Bill Calhoun. He passed an area he patrolled many times before, but this time, noticed something wasn't right. He soon discovered a rolled vehicle. Bill called 911 and searched the area. He heard a woman, crying for help.👇
